Christina is a seasoned property management professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she began her career as an Assistant Property Manager and advanced into senior leadership roles, eventually relocating to Texas to advance her career. Motivated by a commitment to excellence and client service, she founded Premier Leaders to deliver high-quality property management solutions and expand access to well-managed housing.

Christina is a proud mother of three and grandmother of two. She brings a strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and results-driven leadership to every aspect of her work.

Deandre Smith is the Co-Owner and Facilities Manager at Premier Leaders and a licensed Texas Real Estate professional. He completed his Texas real estate schooling and brings a strong operational background informed by prior onsite property experience. This foundation allows him to effectively oversee maintenance operations, guide teams, and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.

In his role, Deandre manages and supports the maintenance teams, focusing on efficiency, preventative planning, and long-term asset care rather than day-to-day repair work. He is committed to continued professional growth, expanding his leadership responsibilities, and building on the family legacy he helped establish—creating a strong foundation for future generations.

Viridiana Cabrera is a Regional Manager with extensive experience overseeing multifamily, single-family, and commercial property portfolios. She began her career as a Community Manager and advanced through leadership roles by successfully managing increasing levels of operational responsibility, including portfolios of more than 1,000 units.

In her current role, Viridiana focuses on operational excellence, team development, and driving strong portfolio performance. She is known for her problem-solving skills, calm leadership style, and effective communication with residents, teams, and vendors.

Outside of work, Viridiana enjoys spending time outdoors, riding her bicycle, painting, and making memories with her children.

Allana Thompson is a Office Administrator with a background in psychology and a passion for understanding human behavior, motivation, and performance. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, where she excelled as a student-athlete and team leader. Her experience in sports and academics shaped her strengths in communication, time management, and resilience—skills she now applies to marketing strategy and consumer research. Allana has contributed to academic studies in sports psychology and is preparing to launch research on mental health in athletes. She brings a thoughtful, insight-driven approach to marketing and is focused on helping businesses grow through strategic, people-centered campaigns. 

Outside of work, Allana enjoys coaching basketball, solving puzzles, and volunteering in her community.

Kyndra is a seasoned financial and operations professional with a strong background in banking, accounting, and real estate. Her career spans roles in corporate banking, project management, and property management, where she developed expertise in budgeting, compliance, and financial analysis. Licensed in real estate and an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Kyndra is passionate about streamlining operations and maximizing value for property owners. She is currently pursuing her CPA to further her commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Kyndra enjoys traveling, spending time with her fiancé and four children, and caring for a variety of animals on her property.

Miranda Grosdidier is a Marketing Consultant based in Alaska, supporting the company’s growth through strategic management and marketing initiatives. With prior experience overseeing social media and marketing efforts, she brings a strong understanding of brand development, audience engagement, and results-driven strategy. Miranda has also held leadership roles, guiding teams toward shared goals and measurable success.

Driven by performance and data, Miranda values seeing growth reflected in clear, tangible results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors in Alaska with her three children, fiancé and dog. Looking ahead, her primary professional goal is to continue helping Premier Leaders grow through focused marketing efforts, strong leadership, and strategic initiatives that support long-term success.
